    I'm a staffer at Portland Community Media and would like to cover a panel Wednesday morning, as well as (possibly) cover other panels Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning. How can I go about obtaining a pass for these purposes? I will be recording the panels on for playback on our cable channels (11, 22, and 23) as well as on Blip.tv
